Blog 8:    A  subject you enjoyed studying this semester Well, this semester has been very difficult for everyone in the university. Bur in this semester I do a subject very interesting (and different). "Introduction to Automotive Design" is about cars, as the name says. One of the museum that a I like so much in Los Angels was "Petersen Automotive Museum". There, a floor had a room to students designer. Automotive designers obviously. I remember was very emotional saw with my father how that people designer cars. So, the theme started take attention to me.And this year when I saw the subject how a option, I took it without hesitation. The subject consist in history about vehicles (cars, planes, trucks, etc) and drawing, of course. The subject start with basic forms. How draw wheel or the correct proportions to draw a car. Blog 7:    A career-related website https://www.pinterest.com/ When I started study design, many of my teachers recommended Pinterest. Pinterest is a platform that allows users to create, as tables that can you save images or videos. The user can collections of images such as events, interests, fans and much more. You can creates how many tables that you want (the perfil is most organized with more tables). I have tables about colors, sketching, human figure, furniture, fashion, etc. The objetive of Pinterest is post ideas, so that people get inspired. Or that's what I think. It's like Google, but with images that relate. The beginning I was very difficult how used the website but now, I can search for hours incredibles images for inspiration. I use Pinterest every day beacuse really inspire me in something. When I'm desperate at a university job and don't know what to do, I search ideas here. Here I can found very good referents. Blog 6:   Favorite movie I am really fan of movies. I would describe myself as a cinephile and I have my favorite movie. I think all people know about "Forrest Gump". Forrest is a man with a low I.Q. but with good intentions. The movie tell us about his life. Is very interesting how the story advance in the film. This film is amazing for the script, photography, excellent actors, etc. I always laugh and cry when I see the movie.  The first time when I saw the movie was I had 8 years old. And to me, is traditional see the movie in new year. Always the film is broadcast on that day in T.V. I think is a good tradition. Blog 5:   A photograph This selfie was taken in January 2017 by my dear friend Maja. Maja is from Germany and in 2015-2016 she did a student exchange program at my school. We made so friends that she invited me and other friends (Fran and Mari) to her house to spend our summer in Germany. With seventeen years old I traveled alone with my friends, and we did a "student exchange program" in Maja's school. It was the best summer (winter) of all. A day, without Maja's parents, we went to Sylt. Is a famous island in north germany. When we arrieved, there were these very interesting statues. Obviously, we taken a lot of photos in that moment and all day. So, the photo is about us with these sculptures to immortalize the moment. This selfie I love it because we can see us very happy and that day was one my favorite in all journey. I am very grateful to Maja for give me beautiful memories in her country as I did when she came to Chile. Blog 4:   Music My favorite band is 5 seconds of summer. Luke, Calum, Michael and Ashton are from  Australia and the members are friends from the school. They play Pop/Rock/Pop punk music. I love them so much because they play the instruments, unlike other artists who just sing in the concerts. "5SOS" is a different rhythm from today's pop. I think all pop songs are very similar but with them I feel very different. And also sometimes they make videoblogs that are funny and very sincere. This videos really connect with the fans.  5SOS has four albums:  5 seconds of summer (2014), Sounds good Feels good (2015), Youngblood (2018) and Calm (2020). My favorite album is Sounds good Feels good for the songs lyrics but I love Youngblood for the rhythm. In 2017 I had the opportunity to go to his concert at the Movistar Arena. I was a only few meters from them and I think it was one of the best concerts I have ever seen. And to...

Blog 3:  My favorite piece of technology My favorite piece of technology is definitely the Wacom.  The Wacom is a graphics tablet that facilitates drawing through the computer. The company has many versions of Wacom and  my wacom calls Intus. It's small and very light. I have this wacom since the beginning of last year. I got it from an art store that had it on sale and it was a new edition. Immediately I bought the Wacom because these are expensive. In that moment, my life change. Really, this Wacom is so easy to use. The tablet is connected to the computer for bluetooth, making it easy to handle. The company includes the pencil and this is the only thing you can use to draw on the Wacom. You lose it and you need buy a new pencil. And also, the Wacom company give you one  software where you can draw like professional.
